"Danny will find a building that is well suited to housing his dojo, as well as boxes of full gear, mats, and so forth. Though it needs some dusting and sweeping, everything he needs is provided and ready for him to set up as he likes."

There are a handful of small rooms that break off the large training area. One is set up as a storage room, another as a small bed room where Danny sometimes sleeps, a bathroom (handwave nonsense) and a small room that's used for their in house doctor.

Rule 3: Be part of something bigger than yourself.
